Warranty and Returns

1. Length of Warranty
The warranty term for new items purchased from Greatplain Supply is one (1) years beginning on the date of the invoice

2. What is Covered
Greatplain Supply warrants that the products it sells are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty also covers damage due to the shipping of products to you. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, acts of third parties, servicing not authorized by Greatplain Supply, usage not in accordance with instructions accompanying the product(s), failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Greatplain Supply.

3. Return Policy
Greatplain Supply will not accept any returns after thirty (30) days beginning on the date of the invoice unless Pre-Approved. For a return RMA you must contact Greatplain Supply for approval. The item must be un-installed in the original box, in new, unused condition. You must have your original receipt and must contact us within ten (10) days of receiving your item. All opened returns are subject to a fifteen (20) percent re-stocking including the original shipping charge. If un-opened you are just responsible for the original shipping cost. You are responsible for shipping the item to us at your expense.

4. Shipping Damage & Discrepancies
If you receive your order with incorrect or missing components, you must notify Greatplain Supply in the manner described above within seven (7) days of receipt. In the event of shipping damage, notify the shipping carrier immediately and request a damage report, and also notify Greatplain Supply in the manner described above.
